Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through our portal within 14 days of delivery.

  Documentation Review

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a pre-paid shipping label and detailed packing instructions for approved items.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulk quantities are intact and the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the shipment, a credit memo or refund will be issued to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
